Try a different and more chocolatey version of the classic Italian dessert by making tiramisu with milk chocolate and a biscuit base.

The materials you will need are:

For the base

200 gr. digestive biscuits, grated

100 gr. butter

1 tbsp crystal Sugar

1 pinch of salt

For the filling

4 eggs, medium

250 gr. crystal Sugar

1 tbsp brown, instant powder

200 gr. cream 35%

800 gr. cream cheese

1 vanillin

For the savoys:

100 gr. coffee, in a drink (instant, filter or espresso)

2 tbsp cognac

170 gr. milk couverture

18-20 savoys
